Suggestions
As you may be aware, our brains have a limited capacity to absorb information at any given time. To optimize the learning process, TaT Materials have been meticulously crafted. For our personal members, we highly recommend a gradual and regulated approach to assimilate the material effectively. Our suggestion is to engage in one session per week, allowing sufficient time to internalize the content. Furthermore, we encourage daily review and application of each Positive Practice associated with that particular session throughout the remainder of the week. This systematic approach ensures a comprehensive understanding and application of the material.
Averaging times for the different areas:
Session Videos are approx. 24 minutes in duration
Allowing for interaction time with participants. For total time = One hour.
Positive Practices are around 3 minutes; they are short and to the point for quick retained learning
Workshops vary in times yet, are segmented in to separate parts (average 15 min.) and provide in-depth dive in an understanding of topics
