Think about Thinking (TaT) found the gap in our mental Health system and filled it beautifully!
— Jeremy Grisham, LMHC, MHP, CCTP of Empowered Response Counseling Services (Former VA Director of Mental Wellness for the State of Washington)

THE GAP:

Too often in society, we wait until it is too late.

“Waiting until disparaging thoughts or actions take place before seeking help, is just as foolish as waiting for a tooth to decay before beginning to brush and floss!”

  • LaVerne McGrath

Think about Thinking™ (TaT) successfully fills in that critical, proactive Gap that exists in maintaining emotional health. TaT Members consistently gather, apply and exercise a plethora of resources (Positive Coping Tools) when one is at a stable, healthy state of mind. In this way, they better ensure that they can remain emotionally resilient, self-controlled and joyful no matter what kind or how many life challenges come along.

IT IS TIME TO THINK ABOUT THINKING!

Instead of listening to stories, and/or giving individual advice, TaT supplies hundreds of specialized proven concept and activities through videos, supplementary materials, and live events to empower individuals in better handling their lives.

TaT is specifically designed to be used before disparaging thoughts and/or acts take place. This proactive approach for maintaining Emotional Health is effectively used as an alternative to counseling. However, TaT resources have also been effectively used to compliment the work of counselors (during and in between client meetings) as well.
